Refund & Cancellation
At POMO, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will be issued in cases of damaged items, wrong items delivered, or undelivered orders. Customers must report such issues within a reasonable time frame after delivery for verification and processing.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or to the POMO wallet, as applicable. Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. POMO reserves the right to verify refund claims before approval to ensure fair usage of the platform.
